How do I pick up my wine?

Please indicate the pickup option as you place your order. We'll be sure to set your wine aside! It'd also be very helpful if you could send us an email at ryan@golden8wines.com before you grab your wine! We just want to make sure we have the wine you need.

I just placed an order! When will you ship?

We ship wines out every Monday and Tuesday of the week for optimal shipping conditions. However, you can always indicate in the order comments if you'd like us to ship your wine immediately. We're happy to accomodate you.

What is your refund policy?

Alcoholic beverage regulations dictate that all sales are final. If you wish to cancel an LTS or Buy & Hold order, please contact our team via email, and we'll assist in canceling the order through our warehouse. Please be aware that refunds will be provided in the form of store credit, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Once your order has been shipped, cancellation or refund requests can only be considered for undelivered and non-damaged wine under exceptional circumstances.

Refunds for pre-authorized returns or wine that is returned as undeliverable will only be issued as Store Credit, minus the actual incurred shipping cost.

Should you receive your wine delivery and find it damaged during transit or unsatisfactory for any reason, please reach out to us promptly for resolution. Your satisfaction remains our top priority.
