Refund Policy

Alcoholic beverage regulations dictate that all sales are final. Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns on gift cards. If you wish to cancel an LTS or Buy & Hold order, please contact us and we'll assist in canceling the order through our warehouse. Please be aware that refunds will be provided in the form of store credit, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Once your order has been shipped, cancellation or refund requests can only be considered for undelivered and non-damaged wine under exceptional circumstances.

Refunds for pre-authorized returns or wine that is returned as undeliverable will only be issued as Store Credit, minus the actual incurred shipping cost.

Should you receive your wine delivery and find it damaged during transit or unsatisfactory for any reason, please reach out to us promptly for resolution. Your satisfaction remains our top priority.
