David and Naïma Didon have settled in an old farm in Chassey-le-Camp in the Côte Chalonnaise, where they lovingly tend to just under two hectares of vineyards surrounded by forests and free from the influence of nearby vineyards. This unique advantage allows Domaine Didon to passionately carry out their biodynamic practices without compromise.
For Domaine Didon, vinification without additives is key in showcasing the special character of their wines. With spontaneous fermentation, whole clusters, and no new casks, their wines are vibrant, refreshing, and bursting with energy.
